Evaluation and Adaptation

WP 7 leader: Società Consortile Langhe Monferrato Roero (LaMoRo)

Considering the complexity of the project, WP 7 aims at critically evaluating the project development and implementation in the pilot areas as well as the consecutive adaptation of the commercial location development (CLD) strategy and instruments based on the experiences made and the lessons learnt. This WP is an essential element for the viability and sustainability of project results and instruments, well after the official en of the project in 2012.

Expected Outputs

• Summary report with systematic analysis of the experiences and recommendations of the pilot regions.

• Structured input for guidelines on CLD (see WP 5) by considering the experiences and recommendations of the pilot regions (further definition and adaptation of the steering instruments and structures and more detailed description of the preconditions for CLD in the Alpine region).
• Knowledge management system practically implemented as a permanent running system, dependent on the discussion results of WP 6 possibly institutionalized and professionally supported cooperation plan of pilot tandems specified (defining how mutual consulting can be organized in future).
